If you love Mediterranean or Middle Eastern Cooking Please let me have a good recipe for fried eggplant?
I'm looking for something like the dish they showed in Mostly Martha(Bella Marth)when the Italian cook, cooked for the German cook.
It really looked good with a piece of red bell pepper in the middle. In case
you're interested you can see the dish in the link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuq4fYvP8...
Or maybe you can point me to a link. Thanks
