Hey Im making a white wine cream sause n the wine keeps turning out pretty prominent how do i burn it off so i?

First off, taste the wine before adding to the sauce. Do not cook with any wine that you wouldn't drink.

Bringing the sauce to boil will burn off the alcohol, but the taste of the wine will still remain. If it is still unpleasantly overpowering, use less wine.

How much wine do you put in it? Try flaming it off (only if you've had experience at that, of course) or just cooking it off. Use less wine.

use the wine to deglaze the pan let come to a simmer and then add cream
