Turkey by far. Ham is produced by pigs, pigs are very fat and fattening. Turkey meat is by far much more lean, resulting in less fat content. By eating Turkey vs. Ham, you will cut over half of the fat.
Side note, Turkey is more healthier than Chicken as well ;]

Can i use half a packet of brewers yeast and store the rest?

I use onions for sandwiches and I only use a little bit, so if I just used one layer of the onion, will it keep without refrigeration?
I wrap mine in plastic warp then put it in a Tupperware container that is made for an onion. its a little half round thing that can hang on the shelf in the fridge...but my shelves are glass so I just toss it in the veggie drawer and it keeps for a week or more. I have also stored chopped onion the same way for 3-4 days.

Weekdays or weeknights, I bartended for 13 years, and some bars I worked at, just on a Friday Saturday night only (salary, tip-out from servers, and my tips) I could leave with $1500. It is not an easy job though, you never sit still, you deal with drunks, and the way the laws are today, there is a high responsibility and liability for serving someone to much, know the laws in your state. It is fun though (most of the time) and my biggest tip or advise would be, TREAT YOUR BAR-BACKS GOOD, they are your life line to the money, at the end of the night TIP THEM WELL...5% to 10% of what you make should go to them, without them you are screwed!!! with their help, is how you make the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ once they know the more they help the more they make, you should do pretty good.

* 1 onion chopped
* 1x 400mL can Coconut Milk
* 1 sachet / 2-3tbsp Massaman Curry Paste
* 8 cardamon pods
* 3 star anise
* 1tsp cinnamon
* small knob ginger sliced
* 2 cloves garlic chopped
Ingredients (in two stages):
* 1tbsp peanut butter
* 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
* juice of 1/2 a lime
* 1tsp sugar or squeeze of agave nectar
* handful cashew nuts (and extra for garnish)
Start by frying the beef in a little oil to seal and then tip the contents of the pan into another dish.
Now fry off the onion, garlic, ginger and spices before adding the beef (but reserve the juices separately) back to the pan with the massaman paste. Now add the tin of coconut milk, cover and simmer gently for 1 1/2 2 hours, or until the meat is tender. The meat needs to be completely covered in sauce so if you need more liquid add the reserved juices from frying the beef.
About 20-30 minutes before the end of the cooking take off the lid and add the peanut butter, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar/agave and a handful of cashew nuts.

Its called the Archipelago, its in london, whitefield street (near Euston sqaure) it was absolutely fantastic, i took my friends there to celebrate there engagement, loads of different types of cuisine, i had kangeroo, my friend had crocodile, there is just so much to choose from, it was just a fantastic evening, the staff were great and the food was just amazing, they even had chocolate covered scorpion, oh and try the love bug salad:) just awesome honestly!!
If not there another place i took my fiance was the blue elephant they have fantastic really authentic thai qiusine i been thailand twice and it was as good as any of the food there that i have tasted if not better!

Actually, there are business offices inside the tower. These floors are closed off to visitors and I imagine employees use a separate elevator. The sky deck is the only tourist attraction.
