Are chicken breasts made out of real breasts from a chicken?

When you buy chicken breasts (boneless) in the store, you are getting one of the two breasts from the chicken. When it comes with the bone on it, you are getting both attached to the breast bone.



But yes chicken breasts are cut from the breast area of the chicken. There is no forming them - you get them as they come off the chicken.



Now chicken nuggets are another story.

Yes what else would they be. If your argument is for lunch meat some brands process the breast and has alot of other crap in it.
You might be think they are like nuggets made from chicken parts. Maybe you thought they were formed in to a breast from parts who knows. Any way chicken breast are cut off the chicken. Some people prefer to eat only white meat and the breast are the white meat of the chicken.the legs and thighs are the dark meat. Chicken breast come from the chicken. Unless they are calling cow or pig breast chicken last I heard they are from the chicken.
Uh what else would it be made from? OF COURSE they are made from real chicken breasts.
