And why?
Turkey by far. Ham is produced by pigs, pigs are very fat and fattening. Turkey meat is by far much more lean, resulting in less fat content. By eating Turkey vs. Ham, you will cut over half of the fat.
Side note, Turkey is more healthier than Chicken as well ;]

but ham is pretty tasty
turkey is much better than ham, generally it has a MUCH lower sodium content and it has a much lower fat content as well. This difference will obviously vary based on what kind of meat you buy. I would recommended Boar
